About Me

My name is Jayne.

I have been working towards becoming a breeder of Goldendoodles since 2017 when I became the owner of an an adorable miniature Goldendoodle. I named this incredible little puppy “Honeybee” and she has been by my side and in my heart ever since. Honeybee brings a tremendous amount of love and joy into my life. Her companionship and the lifestyle of being a “Goldendoodle Mom” connected me to a whole new community. I would never have guessed how deeply I would be drawn into the world of dogs and dog breeding.

I have since successfully bred and homed two Goldendoodle litters (9 puppies each) in downtown Toronto.

Then we moved.

In 2022, my husband, my dogs and I left our downtown Toronto home to try life in the Ganaraska countryside. It has been the best thing I have ever done.

I am now perfectly situated to fulfil my personal goal of raising the best Goldendoodle puppies in the most nurturing environment.

My Dog Breeding Philosophy:

Every decision I make is determined by what is best for my dogs.

I subscribe to the Puppy Culture System of Raising Puppies. This approach focuses on three principals:

  • Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)

  • Puppy Socialisation

  • Environmental Enrichment

With these practices, the puppies I provide are healthy, confident, and adventure seeking.

I care deeply about each and every one of my puppies and I work hard to ensure that they are all placed in appropriate and loving homes.

The updates and pictures I receive from owners of puppies from my previous litters reinforces my belief that the effort involved is worthwhile.

GANA: Gold Level Breeder

(Putting the GANA in Ganaraska Doodles!)

In 2024 I proudly joined the Goldendoodle Association of North America (GANA) and committed to upholding GANA standards of excellence in the breeding of Goldendoodles. The resources available from this breeding club are helpful for Goldendoodle breeders and enthusiasts alike. I encourage all potential future Goldendoodle owners to use this resource and learn as much as possible about Goldendoodles!

Affiliations, Values and Commitment

As a dog breeder, it is important for me to have affiliations with organizations that promote good dog health and breeding practices. Paction is a new Canadian platform that strives to “protect the welfare of dogs, make breeders accountable for the physical health, mental health and the temperament of the parent dogs and their litters and ensure that every dog should be bred with the intention of creating a healthy and satisfying life for the pup.” To learn about Paction click here https://paction.ca/about.

My values are very much in line with those of Paction. For this reason, I have a verified profile on Paction.ca:

I pledged to uphold ethical/responsible dog breeding practices in Canada.
